1957 Carlton Flyer

24" frame, number E1118

A Flyer frameset with the special Flyer Curley lugwork introduced in 1957. This lugwork was only used for 57-58, possibly 59.

Reynolds 531. Cyclo dropouts.

Frame was available to many specifications for track, road, time trial, etc. Round, oval or Dee forks in many rakes.

Typical components would include Alatet head and Baylis Wiley featherweight bracket, Williams or Chater Lea chainset. Huret, Benelux or Simplex gears.

Baylis Wiley Continental large flange hubs, dunlop rims.

GB bars to choice. GB or Weinmann brakes. Brooks saddle to choice.

Finish was to choice in flamboyant or enamel with contrasting head and seat tube. Lugs lined and Curley inserts picked out. Chrome plating as required.
